3. REVIEW OF THE AREA DEVELOPMENT PLAN

The Area Development Plan (ADP) was reviewed and updated.

4. 2009/10 REGIONAL LEGAUE

The CKA agreed to form a regional league with the Kent Korfball Association (KKA) , Norfolk Korfball Association (NKA) and the South Midlands Korfball Association (SMKA) again for the 20011/12 season.

5. BUDGET AND LEAGUE ENTRY FEES

See attached accounts. No requests were received for items for the budget. The senior and junior competitions budgets were not spent at all. It was agreed to carry this money over to next year, effectively doubling the budget for these areas. The coaching and refereeing budget was overspent by 100%, so the budget for this will be doubled. Otherwise, the sane budget is the same as last year. League fees will remain the same as last season.

6. CHANGE TO THE CONSTITUTION

5.2.The Chairperson shall call an Executive committee meeting at least {six} five times per calendar year, giving at least ten days notice to all members.

7. REFERRING PROPOSAL

The Cambridgeshire Korfball League (CKL) refereeing fee was increased from £7.50 to £12 per match. The CKL rules will be updated accordingly.

8. CKA PAPER RECORDS

It was agreed that CKA paper records, which are about 10 years old, would be shredded. Paper CKA meeting minutes have already been scanned and put on the CKA website.

Howard

AOB:

How old is the CKA ? It started in 1993 or before. Howard to contact Jon Herbert and Dave Sheldon to find out. The CKA should do something, perhaps a tournament, to mark 20 years.

It was asked if East Anglian (EA) Cup is going ahead in 2011. It's the CKA's turn to host. Howard to send out email.
