CHAIRMAN:

There was a meeting between the CKA, NKA, KKA and LKA about regional leagues. After this the SMKA were aked if they wish to from a regional league with the other 4 areas and they said they would. The CKA, NKA, KKA and SMKA have tentatively agreed to a 5 area regional league. The LKA still seem to be against a 4/5 area regional league. There's not been much real progress.

It was suggested that the CKA should set a deadline to the KKA

Siu Fan, a junior, played in the V4 vs L4 match without (prior to having asked for) approval from the CKA. Although this was done due to confusion over his age, it is against CP procedures and league rules. Vikings were fined £20 and Vikings 4 were deducted 2 points. As L4 is a development team the match result does not count anyway. Nick to adjust Vikings 4 points. It is very important that CP procedures are followed and this is the responsibility of clubs.

Helen Johnson (Vikings), Siu Fan (Vikings) and Joseph Murfitt (Lions) were approved to play in the CKL.

Janine has resigned from the post of CKA CPO. All clubs to find a volunteer to be CPO. Note that without a CPO no junior players will be allowed to play in the CKL.
