Current balance is £3503.44.
All activities have been invoiced (some quite recently) so unless there is another junior tournament before the end of the year that should be it. If the committee agree, I propose to contact CRC to let them know what they have not yet invoiced us for - they seem to have gone through a number of staff changes during the year in order to close out their business and I am just waiting for the invoice for the hire of the Hive for 18 June to close out that item. Only other question concerns the Junior Inter Area fee where I believe the fee included a 'deposit' against not providing referees, if so, are we due a bit of a refund |

The bulk of Vikings U11s move up to U14s next year but won’t have the experience to play U14 National League. City keen that matches for juniors at this age range should be competitive. |

Discussion of clubs’ progress towards getting players and fixtures online. Reminder that EK have asked for office-holders and coaches to be registered in order to be eligible for EK insurance. |

Annalie informed that Mia Englyst-Robb will be taking over as President. |

3. OUTDOOR TOURNAMENTS |
|
City is considering holding an outdoor pre-season tournament similar to 2021; also may invite other clubs to join City’s sessions on Tuesday evenings for 4 v 4 matches. |
